As promised, a new wine appeared in the selection: a superb Ladoix 2011. Ladoix is an appellation that is in the process of acquiring a well-deserved reputation: located at the foot of the hill of Corton, the appellation rubs shoulders with one of the very great names of Burgundy, the Corton Grand Cru. The selected Ladoix is also located on the upper parts of the appellation, at the same level as the most prestigious neighboring Grands Crus. Finally, Domaine Maratray-Dubreuil is among the most renowned in the north of the Côte de Beaune: regularity and rigor have given it its trademark, recognized by the greatest specialists in Burgundy wines. Already very pleasant, it will benefit from being opened in 2 or 3 years. Its structure will even allow it a 10-year guard. A wine to discover here! etiquette_ladoix
