The goal for the opening of the online wine buying site is to be representative of the main wine regions. This means not wines from all appellations, it is impossible, but a selection of wines that meet my criteria and that come from terroirs of the main areas. From North to South, over a length of 290 km, here are the 5 regions: Chablis and Auxerrois – La Côte de Nuits – La Côte de Beaune – La Côte Chalonnaise – Le Mâconnais.
