The famous Burgundy festival at the beginning of the year takes place in Châtillon, and is dedicated to the Crémant de Bourgogne… for the 1st time! Saint Vincent is the patron saint of winemakers. It is celebrated every year in several wine villages of Burgundy at the beginning of the year.
