Impressive collection of the merchant/breeder Bouchard in Beaune! In the many kilometers of cellars on several levels, bottles of wine quietly cross the centuries. Some of them date from the beginning of the 19th century! A great moment of discovery for lovers of ancient wines. More modestly Le Bourguignon offers some beautiful appellations in old vintages, such as a Clos Vougeot 1936 or a Nuits St Georges 1918. Wines also from the 1980s, such as a Mercurey 1982, kept in excellent conditions. Very nice gift!
